Are You Ready For The Weighted Vest Craze?

Happy Friday. I am ready for this weekend after a super busy weekend. We held our final DEKA event of the year and as always it was incredible. We get such an amazing group out for these. From people trying to qualify for World Championships to people just trying to finish. They all pushed so hard and the environment was incredible.
